Arsenal and Chelsea thought Bremner was 'too small' to play football. He went on to play 773 times for Leeds United and won 54 Scotland caps! Bremner played all his club football in England. From 1959 to 1976, he was an inspirational midfielder for Leeds United, scoring 115 goals. The team won two league titles, the FA and League Cup and two InterCity Fairs Cups (called the UEFA Cup today).
